      Serviced accommodation is regulated differently from buy-to-let. Before onboarding any property, we walk landlords through:

      •  Mortgage and lease conditions that may need lender or freeholder consent
      •  The forthcoming UK short-let registration scheme
      •  How rental income is now taxed since the FHL regime ended in April 2025
